How soon can I find a placement and where?

Our placements are dependent on our clients’ requirements, and on the current economy.  Our placements are primarily industrial at manufacturing and distribution facilities and occasional administration openings in similar settings.  We also work with various other industries providing labour opportunities.  The timing of your placement depends on the current openings available.

Who qualifies as an employment reference?

An employment reference is an individual/s at an organization where you have previously worked.  Typically, they would be in a Senior role/Human Resource Department and be able to verify your employment at the organization in which you were employed. 

A personal contact/friend does not qualify as an employment reference.

Will I be required to provide a background check?

Background checks are subject to our client’s request.  Should a background request be required, Blitz Personnel is able to complete this process electronically through our background check partners, with your signed consent.

Do you charge a fee for finding me a placement?

Recruitment agencies in Canada are prohibited from charging fees to applicants in search of employment.  Please refer to the link below.
